Briidge Rent Payment Guarantee
Briidge is a Canadian rent payment guarantee service. Once a tenant is pre-approved, we send you an offer like the one below. Tenants pay you directly. If a payment is missed, notify us within 5 business days and we pay you the unpaid rent within 5 business days of a valid claim. We then recover from the tenant directly.

What you are agreeing to
- Briidge guarantees the rent and damage amounts shown above for the named tenant and property.
- The tenant pays you rent directly each month, in the manner agreed in your lease.
- If the tenant misses a rent payment, you notify us at landlords@usebriidge.com within 5 business days of the missed due date (24 to 48 hours is recommended).
- On a valid claim, Briidge pays you within 5 business days into the account on file. We then recover from the tenant directly. You do not chase the tenant for the covered amount.
- Damage claims are handled the same way, capped at the property damage amount above.

Want a real offer for a specific tenant?
Ask the tenant to apply at usebriidge.com, or email landlords@usebriidge.com with the tenant's name and the property address. Once they are pre-approved, we send you a private offer link with their real details filled in. The offer is watermarked CONDITIONAL OFFER until the guarantee is activated.
